Our services are reserved for persons legally capable of entering into contracts under Ivorian law. Our services are not available to minors under the age of 18, except under the authority and express supervision of their parents or legal guardian
In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of use, JARS TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to delete the user’s account and site without prior notice.
In the event of excessive traffic on the user’s site that could be likened to a DDOS attack, JARS TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to cut off access to the site, as well as to any other sites belonging to the user, either temporarily or permanently. The user will be notified of this situation and will be entitled to a refund of their current subscriptions on a pro rata basis (in the event of permanent disconnection) or on a pro rata basis for the duration of the disconnection of access to their site.

If the User uses a FREE option, they undertake to ensure that the content of their website does not infringe the rights of third parties. The User must immediately notify JARS TECHNOLOGIES of any legal decision relating to the domain name, content or, more generally, affecting the services used and the User’s account.
If the User uses a FREE option, they authorize JARS TECHNOLOGIES to promote their site in any way and by any means of communication (in particular the reuse of all or part of the site, its visuals, the addition of links to and from the site). JARS TECHNOLOGIES cannot be held liable for any damage related to this promotion.
The User guarantees that all information, data, files, films, photographs, software, or databases belong to them or are free of copyright.
The User undertakes not to use the tools made available by JARS TECHNOLOGIES for any purpose other than the publication of personal or professional pages (in particular for data storage purposes).
The User undertakes not to include on their site any addresses or hypertext links to external sites that contravene the laws and regulations in force, infringe the rights of third parties, or contravene these Terms of Use.
The User undertakes not to send newsletters or unsolicited messages (spamming or mass mailing), or to engage in similar practices, using their email accounts. JARS TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to deactivate an email account in the event of a violation of this rule.
The User agrees to take personal responsibility and to hold JARS TECHNOLOGIES harmless from any liability, loss, claim, dispute, damage, or expense, including legal and defense costs, claimed by a third party or another User as a result of their website or personal page.
JARS TECHNOLOGIES is bound by an obligation of means within the framework of these Terms of Use and shall in no event be liable for any loss, prejudice, or indirect damage of any kind resulting from the management, use, operation, interruption, or malfunction of the Service.

Under no circumstances may a User who uses a FREE option demand payment or compensation from JARS TECHNOLOGIES or the advertiser. JARS TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to delete, modify, or move this advertising banner without the User’s prior authorization.
JARS TECHNOLOGIES cannot be held liable in the event of service interruption and reserves the right to suspend its service for maintenance or update purposes. JARS TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee a minimum number of visitors to the User’s site. JARS TECHNOLOGIES also does not guarantee any turnover or profit for the User.

Illegal content is understood to mean sites dealing with hacking, piracy, warez, illegal downloading, inciting hatred, sexism, homophobia or crime, containing pedophile or Nazi material, etc.
- Be false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
- Infringe on copyrights, patent or trademark rights, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, disclosure rights, or the privacy of third parties.
- Be defamatory, slanderous, discriminatory, or incite violence or racial, religious, or ethnic hatred.
- Contain obscene, pornographic, or pedophilic content (even in text form).
- Contain a computer program designed to damage or clandestinely intercept any computer system, data, or personal information.
- Offer Internet users the chance to earn money using so-called miracle methods (pyramid schemes, affiliate programs, e-book kits, etc.).
- Contain only advertising.

Responsibilities
